The Turkish company FERCAM, specialized in the flat glass sector, has taken a significant step toward Industry 4.0 by expanding its production facility to 15,000 m². Through its strategic partnership with System Digital and the integration of the Creaglass digital printing line, FERCAM has become a trusted global partner in the production of high-value glass for tractors, construction equipment, forklifts, and renewable energy vehicles.
Founded in 1992, FERCAM now operates with 80 employees in a modern 15,000 m² facility. The company’s culture is rooted in reliability, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships. Building on its expertise in glass for industrial and automotive vehicles (tractors, work machines, forklifts, and green vehicles), the company is further strengthening its position in European and international markets.
Faced with the increasing complexity of components, tighter tolerances, and the need for perfect print alignment even on curved glass, FERCAM decided to make a forward-looking technological investment.
To meet the demand for high-precision digital decoration, FERCAM chose the Creaglass line based on System Digital’s Infinity 2.1 platform, renowned in the industry for its reliability and advanced technological solutions.

- Unique color stability: the system ensures consistent color performance even after tempering and lamination processes, fully meeting the aesthetic and functional requirements of glass for industrial vehicles.
- Near-zero error rate: the Creavision scanning system guarantees ultra-precise print centering and perfect alignment between printing and bending (print-to-bend alignment), drastically reducing waste and setup times.
- Production details: the line, equipped with a two-module preheating unit and double IR drying unit, ensures continuous operation, processing glass up to 2000 mm wide at a speed of 5 m/min (about 300 m/hour), with a resolution of 777 dpi.
- Flexible and agile production: the Creaglass technology enables quick format and design changes, even for small batches, allowing FERCAM to shorten delivery times and respond promptly to customization demands.
